Three people have died and several others taken to hospital after a multi-vehicle crash at Strathmerton near the Victoria-NSW border.
Paramedics were called to the scene just before 2.30pm on Thursday after two vehicles and one truck collided at the intersection of the Murray Valley Highway and Labuan Road.
The three deceased are yet to be formally identified, while three others have been taken to Goulburn Valley Health with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck is said to be uninjured.
The cause of the fatal collision is yet to be determined and will be investigated by detectives from the Major Collision Investigation Unit.
