Tonight 19-year-old midfielder Corey Warner is set to debut and run out alongside his other brother Chad.
Sydney coach John Longmire said to was a great opportunity for Corey to play his first game of AFL footy and hopefully come home with a really strong result.
“He’s running capacity has always been at a really high level and he’s got a great mix of speed and endurance. He’s got bigger and stronger over the summer which was really noticeable when he came back,” Longmire said.
“He’s been playing a number of weeks at our VFL level and been consistent and running hard and doing that two-way running that we like our players to do. He’s had shots at goal and he’s been putting in a solid body of work that warrants his inclusion this week.”

And according to Sydney’s Twitter account, they will become the 17th set of brothers to play alongside each other in the Swans’ jumper.
South Australian Will Gould is also set to make his AFL debut against Richmond tonight, named as the substitute.
